Before you book me as your wedding photographer, I want to make sure that we are the best possible fit for one another and that what you envision for your wedding day is what I have to offer.
This is my process:
I. Book a consult with me.
Once you fill out the contact form, you should receive my response within 24 hours. In case, I'm not available for your date don't worry, I have a network of professional photographers whom I can contact.
II. Time to get to know each other.
This time is one of the important moments for me. I would like to spend time with both of you as we could to get to know each other. I will learn about your personality, style even your favourite things. (eg. drinks, food, music, and hobbies - basically everything at this point in time) This is also a good opportunity for you to get to know me before you book me as your wedding photographer. Any questions/concerns you may have, I will do my best to address them. If you are looking for any other vendors (eg. wedding planner, make-up/hair artist, Officiant, Florist, DJ), I will send you a list of incredible wedding vendors. I want to make the process as easy and stress-free as I can for you. If you are local in Calgary, we can meet up in person, but chatting over zoom also works.
III. Booking me as your wedding photographer
When you are ready to book, I will send you a contract to sign, outline what is included in the package you chose, and an invoice for your retainer to save the date. . We will set the schedule for your engagement session(if applicable). I love planning engagement sessions! It does not only give us an opportunity to work together before your big day but also get the idea of being comfortable in front of a camera before you say, "I do."
IV. Planning your wedding day
In the months leading up to your wedding, we will be in touch to plan out all the details for your wedding day. In order to get all the details ready, I will send over a questionnaire. Of course, if you do have a wedding planner, I will contact them directly and we will work together to be fully prepared for your wedding day.
V. the big day
It's about time to explore all the excitement. The two of you should enjoy the incredible day that you worked so hard to plan. From getting ready to exchanging vows to soaking up the first few moments together as a married couple. I'll be by your side to document not only the memories you make but even moments you may have missed. Myself and other vendors will keep an eye on the timeline to ensure we stay on schedule and I will co-ordinate family photos from the list you gave me in your questionnaire a month before. VI. relive the memories
I will send you a few images within 10 days through the online gallery that I provide. You can share them with your loved ones. After 4~6 weeks from your wedding, you get to reminisce moments from your big day through the final photos.
